Capital Group Launches Sales of 3,400 Parking Spaces in Moscow-City

Сapital Group has launched sales of parking spaces in the largest parking garage in Moscow-City, located in the OKO skyscraper complex.

The 16-level parking garage with 3,400 parking spaces and a total area of 157.500 sq m will be opened in 2017. The price of one parking space is 80,000-175,000 USD, depending on its area, location and level in the garage. Families with several vehicles will be offered special family parking options.

“During the first few days of sales we see a high level of interest not only from owners of apartments at OKO, but primarily from residents of those towers in the City that had a shortage of parking spaces from the very beginning. Buyers are actively making reservations this early on, because experienced residents of Moscow-City are well aware that location is important in a 16-level parking garage and want to reserve the best spots as soon as possible,” said Director of Elite Real Estate Department at Capital Group Oxana Diveyeva.
